One of the things it asked was to think of 100 things i wanted to do in 2012. It wasn't easy and I had to revert to google and search other lists to come up with ideas, which triggered new ideas for me. I'm going to type this list up in my Cozi todo list and check them off as i complete them. I would like to get as many done as I can this year. (A) likes to make up lyrics and that is what she is doing this time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="background-color: white; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; line-height: 18px;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="background-color: white; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; line-height: 18px;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;The first one isChloe and Amber playing and singing together. I believe in god, I am spiritual but Im also a sensitive or an intuitive.  These gifts are a gift from god. It helps me understand others. Basically I sense others feeling and emotions.  I hid this because I don't want people not to like me.  But in the end I wasn't liking myself and what is most important is I like myself and hiding who I am, well isn't liking myself or loving myself.  I know part of my gaining weight is to have a protective layer to hide behind.  I've had other traumas from my childhood that I use the weight to hide behind too. And it's time to strip away the layers. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;"&gt;I've had dreams over the years that have eventually come true.  My dad has visited me and so has my uncle.  Dad has even warned me about another uncle then later my mom tells me he has to have surgery on an artery.  These things have happened all my life. I'm finally paying attention, listening and loving myself. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;"&gt;I know some people will accept and love me no matter who I am or what I believe.  There will be others who will struggle and then in the end accept and love me and there will be others who will no longer want to be around me or try and change me. Don't try because I bet you wouldn't want me to change who you are. Losing these loved ones does scare me but a true loved one will always be there.  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;"&gt;I have a wonderful hubby! He's been there every step of the way pushing me to find who I am, accept who I am and love who I am. He loves me for me and I love him so much for not making me be who he wants me to be or what others expect me to be. Many probably are going to be shocked about this. Cause some have an image of him being the perfect religious person, he believes in god, yes.. But he believes in so much more too and is just an amazing person when you get to know who he really is and not just an image. I just love talking to him about everything. He is my soul-mate and my best friend and marrying him was the best thing in my life.. cause if i didn't marry him i wouldn't have the best kids in my life. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;"&gt;I feel so naked finally coming out from my protective layer, I feel vulnerable and tears are rolling down my face.  But it is time I've hidden long enough.  This is me no different then the girl you met.  You just now know the whole me and I hope you love her just as much as I do. I hate anything complicated, eating shouldn't be complicated. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Something a friend said to me the other day about pain and that issues we have&amp;nbsp;suppressed&amp;nbsp;can come back in the form of body pain. &amp;nbsp;I wonder if the same can be for weight issues. &amp;nbsp;Anything i guess can be possible. &amp;nbsp;But how to find out what issues i'm&amp;nbsp;suppressing&amp;nbsp;now that is the million $$ question. &amp;nbsp;I've also been told that when you are trying to protect yourself from things you put on the pounds.. again if this is the case what is it. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I just don't know which direction to go in now. &amp;nbsp;Right now i just want that magic pill to give me energy to just move. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br type='text'>Preparing for Irene</title><content type='html'>We have been busy preparing for Hurricane Irene arrival sometime tonight into tomorrow. &amp;nbsp;She is to make landfall somewhere around New Haven (at least that is the last I heard last night)..&amp;nbsp;We have gotten the yard picked up, we just have to tie down the table and grill and i think the pool shed. &amp;nbsp;I have prepared some foods that we can eat if we lose power. &amp;nbsp;I need to do some more cooking and preparing today so we have a little more. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If sears gets their order in today we will be picking up our generator, they are trying to get an emergency order in and we placed an order for one. &amp;nbsp;I'm making sure we have enough frozen water bottles to help keep the freezer cold just in case we don't get the generator. &amp;nbsp;We have part of our 1/6 of a cow in there along with a lot of other meat. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Connecticut doesn't get many hurricanes, from my understanding they get a good one about every 20 years or so and well we are do. &amp;nbsp;I believe the last one was in '85 and her name was Gloria. &amp;nbsp;I was not living on the East coast I started out just fine.  Started out on 12.5 mgs and then after 5 days i went to 25mgs, then shortly there after i went up to 50 mgs.  My hair started falling out, i started feeling blah and sick.  so i up'd the Armour.  At 4 grains and 50mgs of iodoral my pulse started to get above 100.  So i backed the iodoral back to 25mg and then 12.5 and then 2 days ago decided to stop it.  I just didn't feel right on it.  Also in this time i started taking vitamin C.  Vitamin C helps the iodine in our body to work right.  I'm thinking the vitamin C has something to do with the change in my body.  So i'm now back to 3 grains of Armour instead of 4 and no iodoral.  I get iodine in my multi from kelp.  So i'm going to get a kelp supplement to take instead of iodoral. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I got my lab work done on wed and that will tell me how hyper i got, but i felt miserable.  I was not sleeping, heavy breathing, felt sick.  I'm starting to sleep again. I felt like i was out of control. So I went to the dtr. I was put on an antidepressant can't remember which one I got worse on it. So i got a new dtr and he put me on paxil. I was having tell tale signs of being HypO, i don't even know if the dtr tested me for it. I didn't even know what a thyroid was back then. But i went in one day for bleeding in the butt and well i got a colonoscopy for it. I was constipated because i was hypO. Everything makes sense now. Why couldn't a dtr see it. I was 100 lbs back then now i'm 100 lbs more. No thanks to paxil and being undiagnoised HypO for so long. Oh i also gained 50 lbs in 1 year, took metabolife to lose it and lost about 25 lbs. I guess if i didn't take the metabolife a dtr might of caught it, but they still should of caught it while the weight was creeping up. because i didn't start taking metabolife till i was around 150 lbs. uuugghh.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I had leg pain like in the shin area and well i was told to see a bone dtr, once i was put on synthyroid this went away and when they hurt i knew something was wrong, but the dtr wouldn't always check. Ya know it was all in my head.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My TSH result back in 2001 was 97. now i have seen worse, but that is still really bad. I had just had a baby almost a year prior and everythign was just chalked up to having a baby. I started getting treatment and then got Pregnant again and was diagnoised gestional, i lost a little weight. Then had my 2nd baby and a few months after i started gaining again. All this time i'm on synthyroid which i'm told will help me. WEll it didn't help that much. I got worse. I was on synthyroid for almost 5 yrs. I went undiagnoised with HypO for 5 yrs, being told it was all in my head! I knew something was not right with me. But i could not find a dtr to listen. I lost a lot of years. But i'm going to get them back!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So now it's 2006 i get new insurance that accepts naturopaths and i go to one that a couple friends recommend. In the last year, i have come off 1 of my antidepressants (trazadone - was taking it for sleep), i'm weaning off effexor. I have come off synthyroid for a more natural product called Armour Thyroid. I started feeling better, then i went hypo again and now i'm working on adjusting Armour as i went up to fast and caused myself to get hyper. another uuuugghhh. I think i went hyper because i started taking iodoral for iodine deficiency and well i felt i went hypO and then i cut back on idoroal and now i'm hyper. Just had blood tests done so we will see if i am hyper in a few days. This has been a journey for me. I"m finally getting answers and seeing results.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm sure i've missed some stuff that will come up in later blogs.
